Rising Stars by KINEQX is specifically designed for beginners in the Cadet category (ages 7–12 or 12–14). Whether your child has never sat in a kart or has only done a few casual sessions, our program starts from the ground up to build a solid foundation in racing, safety, and track etiquette.

The Rising Stars program focuses exclusively on the Cadet and Junior racing category, which is for children aged 7 to 12 years old and 12 to 14 years old respectively.

No, you do not need to purchase a kart. Thanks to our partnership with IAME Asia, Kart Republic and Parolin, we are able to provide high-quality, subsidised engines and chassis for all sessions. This ensures every driver has access to top-tier equipment while keeping the program highly affordable for families.

Drivers are required to have their own personal racewear. This includes an approved crash helmet, a CIK-homologated racing suit, neck brace, rib protector, racing boots, and gloves.

The registration fee covers 1 official race entry fees, subsidised engine (at cost) and chassis usage for training, 1 set of practice tyres and 1 set race tyres per race, 1 sprocket, and 1 axle. It also covers professional coaching, track rental, and mechanical support during training.

While karting is generally very safe, accidents do happen. If damage occurs to the academy’s chassis or engine due to driver error or a crash, the cost of the necessary repairs or replacement parts will be borne by the driver's family. Our team will provide full transparency and guidance in assessing any damage.

We believe in a holistic approach to racing. A typical training day consists of a comprehensive 4-hour session: 30 minutes: Theoretical training and safety review in the classroom. 2.5 hours: Practical, on-track driving with data analysis between stints. 30 minutes: Hands-on mechanical training on the kart. 30 minutes: Video analysis and feedback from our professional coaches.

Progress is meticulously tracked. We use post-session feedback sheets and data telemetry from the karts. Additionally, drivers must pass an oral/written test with an 80% score regarding safety rules and race procedures before they begin competing.
